Expert Qualifications

This highly-qualified expert has over 25 years of experience in the field of prosthetics, orthotics, and assistive technology. She holds a doctoral degree in rehabilitation science and technology from the University of Pittsburgh. Her undergraduate education includes orthotic and prosthetic training from Century College, a BA in human service administration from Metropolitan State University, and an MBA from Baker College. Her work experience ranges from pediatric care at two prestigious children's institutions, as well as adult care, trauma care, and rehabilitation services. This expert is a board-certified orthotist, prosthetist, and mastectomy fitter, and is active in her field as a member of the International Society of Orthotists & Prosthetists and the American Academy of Orthotists/Prosthetists. Currently, this expert is an assistant professor and scientific researcher at a university in Pennsylvania.
