This expert is a psychologist who studies the effect of sexually explicit media. His research is widely respected and has been cited in the formulation of public policy in multiple jurisdictions. He earned his PhD in Social Psychology and Personality from the University of California, Los Angeles. An active member of the International Academy of Sex Research and the Society for the Scientific Study of Sex, he has published extensively in his field. Having formerly served on the faculty of the University of Manitoba and the University of Michigan, he is now a full professor of Psychology and Communication Studies at a prominent California university.
