This expert earned her MD at the Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo and then completed two residencies, one in internal medicine at Edgewater Medical Center and a second in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She went on to complete a fellowship in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine and is a member of both the American and Canadian Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
