Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified expert has over 25 years of experience in pediatrics. He received his BA in American studies from Yale University before earning his MD from Ohio State University. He then completed a pediatric residency at Nationwide Children's. He has also completed a quality improvement essentials certificate program at Nationwide Children's and training as an improvement advisor through the Institute of Healthcare Improvement. This expert is board-certified in pediatrics and active in his field as a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In the academic setting, he has previously served as a clinical assistant professor and assistant professor of pediatrics at Ohio State University, as well as associate chair of quality in the pediatrics department at Northwestern University. In the clinical setting, he has formerly served as the associate director of pediatric education in the community setting and the medical director of both utilization management and the Navigate My Care program at Nationwide Children's, the associate chief medical officer of the Center for Excellence at Ann & Robert H. Lurie's Children's Hospital of Chicago, and the president of Central Ohio Primary Care. Currently, this expert serves as an associate professor of pediatrics at a prestigious university in Illinois.
