This highly qualified expert earned her BSN from the University of Incarnate word, her MSN from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and a post-masters pediatric nurse practitioner certificate at the University of Cincinnati. She is also active in her field as a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and the American College of Chest Physicians. Formerly, she held roles as a pediatric intensive care unit staff nurse at Santa Rosa Children's Hospital in San Antonio, TX and roles as a clinical nurse specialist at Pediatric Digestive Care of San Antonio and at the Pediatric Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates. Additionally, this expert has been a clinical nurse specialist at the Aerodigestive and Sleep Center of the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Currently she is a clinical nurse specialist and nurse practitioner at a major children's hospital medical center.
