Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified expert is a registered nurse and holds several certifications relating to her work in pediatric nursing. She earned her BSN from Kennesaw State University and completed an internship in the GI unit at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She is certified in CPR, pediatric advanced life support, pediatric fundamental critical care support, trauma nursing, pediatric nursing, continuous renal replacement therapy, and continuous veno-venous hemofiltration. She is active in her field, having volunteered at a summer camp for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and assisting with the training of oncoming caregivers for young adults with SMA muscular dystrophy. She was formerly a staff nurse in the GI and endocrine unit at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. This expert currently serves as clinical level 4 nurse and pediatric ICU nurse at a children's hospital in Georgia.
