She has won many awards for her excellence in pediatric clinical care, and has published on several pediatric subjects in magazines, hospital literature, and AACN literature. Additionally, she has presented to her peers, and is currently part of numerous professional affiliations, such as the National Emergency Nurses Association at consensus council on Emergency Preparedness for pediatrics.
