Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified expert is triple board certified in Pediatrics, Anesthesiology and Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. He earned his BS from the University of Wisconsin and his MD from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at Children's Hospital Medical Center in Oakland, CA, residency in Anesthesia at the Hospital Of the University of Pennsylvania and a Fellowship in Anesthesia and Critical Care at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He is a member of several societies within his field, including the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Academy of Pediatrics and Society for Critical Care Medicine. He has over 25 years experience as a pediatric critical care physician. In addition to his clinical responsibilities he is well published, with over 85 peer reviewed journal articles, over 35 book chapters and 1 book authored. He is also very active in the education of medical students and residents.
