Expert Qualifications

This highly-qualified expert has over 30 years of experience with parking access and revenue control systems. His work has focused on areas such as garage management, parking technology, lane devices, payment kiosks, management software, credit card payment devices, and the sales, installation, maintenance and repair of revenue control systems. This expert earned his BA in psychology from the University of Hartford before entering into the parking management industry. He has formerly served as the manager, city manager, and general manager of Metropolitan Parking System, the senior manager of Standard Parking/SP Plus, the vice president of business development at TCS International, the general manager and vice president of the northeast region for Amano McGann, and the vice president of operations for Park Assist. Most recently, this expert served as the chief executive officer of DESIGNA Access Corporation.
