Expert Qualifications

This impressive expert has nearly 40 years of experience in pain medicine, pain management, and anesthesiology. He received his BS in electrical engineering and his AB in chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania before earning his MS in electrical engineering, his PhD in biomedical engineering, and his MD from Stanford University. He subsequently two residencies at UCLA Medical Center, one in orthopedic surgery and the other in anesthesiology. This expert is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine, and holds certifications in pain management and fluoroscopy and radiation safety. He is active in his field as an author of several scientific articles and as a member of professional organizations, including the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine. Formerly, he was an anesthesiologist at Amador Anesthesia Medical Group, the medical director and partner at The Center for Total Back Care, the Advanced Spine & Pain Management Center, and the Arizona Medical Spinal Institute, and a locum tenens physician at multiple medical centers in California and Arizona. This expert is currently an anesthesiologist at a private practice, the owner of a pain management center, and an assistant professor of anesthesia and pain management at a university, all in Nevada.
