Expert Qualifications

This expert is a board-certified ophthalmologist and medical retinology specialist. He earned his BA in psychology from the University of Illinois and his MD from Rush Medical College. He subsequently completed an internship in internal medicine at Advocate Christ Medical Center, a residency in ophthalmology at Summa Health System, and a fellowship in medical retina at the Retina Institute of California. He is active in his field as a member of the American Society of Retina Specialist and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is also involved in research, having authored several publications. He has formerly served as a bone densitometry technologist at Chicago-Ridge Radiology, a polysomnographic technician at Southwest Sleep Center, and a sleep scoring technologist for the Pulmonary Consultants. Currently, this expert serves as an ophthalmologist at multiple medical centers in Illinois.
