Expert Qualifications

This highly-qualified expert is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in retina surgery. He received his BA from Rice University and earned his MD from Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the Yale University School of Medicine and Yale-New Haven Hospital, and then went on to complete a vitreoretinal surgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. He stays active in his field as a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists. Formerly, he was a clinical instructor of ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine. He is currently a retina surgeon for a multi-specialty eye center in Texas and a consultant for a healthcare software company in Florida that is focused on preventing progressive eye damage.
