This highly qualified and board certified ophthalmologist received his A.B. from Johns Hopkins University and his M.D. from University of Naples School of Medicine. This expert conducted his clinical fellowship at Massachusetts Eye and Ear infirmary, Harvard University as well as a research fellowship at the Retina Foundation for Medical and Biological Sciences. This ophthalmologist has won numerous honors, including a Senior Honor Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology and an Outstanding Contributor Award from the International Journal of Ophthalmology. This expert remains relevant in his field as an author of over 300 journal articles and over 100 published lectures and presentations. He is an active member of multiple associations in his field including New York State Ophthalmological Society and the International Society for Eye Research. This expert formerly served as a senior associate ophthalmologist at Strong Memorial Hospital and as a clinical professor of ophthalmology at University of Rochester.
