Expert Qualifications

This highly-qualified expert has over 15 years of experience in obstetrics nursing and nurse midwifery, with experience in labor and delivery, birth centers, and homebirths. She earned her BS in nursing from the University of California, Chico and her MS in nurse midwifery at Frontier Nursing University. She formerly held roles as a registered nurse for maternal infant services at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women and as a certified nurse midwife at CommuniCare Health Centers, Women’s Circle Health Center, and New Earth Midwifery Maternity Clinic. This expert is currently a clinical professor of obstetrics and medical-surgical nursing at a college, as well as a certified nurse midwife at a birthing center and hospital, both in California.
