She earned her BSN from the University of Maryland, before going on to receive her MSN from California State University, Los Angeles and her DNP from Loma Linda University. Today, this expert is a registered nurse with a critical care nurse speciality. Additionally, she is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner and a certified nursing executive by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. This expert is an active member of several professional societies, including the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
