Expert Qualifications

After receiving her BS in psychology from Western New England College, this expert obtained her AS in nursing from Castleton State College. Subsequently, she received her BS and later MSN in nursing leadership from Grand Canyon University. This expert is a certified accredited case manager. After a breadth of experience as a registered nurse in the immediate cardiac care unit for 8 years, she gained further experience as an administrative supervisor and senior case manager at the prestigious Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Eventually, she transitioned to her current role as an emergency department case manager at a top medical university system in NC. At her current role, she specializes in the case management of complex patients, utilizing assessment, planning, and coordination skills to assist in determining a safe and appropriate plan of care.
