Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified expert completed a neurology residency at George Washington University Hospital. She then went on to finish a stroke/neurocritical fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center and at the University of Southern California. She is a member of prestigious professional organizations such as the Neurocritical Care Society and American Academy of Neurology. She is a reviewer for several journals such as the Neurocritical Care Journal and BMC Neurology Journal. She has published 17 peer-reviewed articles in the field of Neurology and Neurocritical Care. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology in the Division of Neurocritical Care/Stroke at a major medical school as well as the Associate Director of the Comprehensive Stroke Program and the Associate Program Director of the Vascular Neurology Fellowship. She is also Associate Division Chief of Neurocritical Care/Stroke, the Co-Director of the Neurocritical Stroke Services, and the Medical Director of the Transcranial Doppler Program at a major medical center.
