Expert Qualifications

This qualified expert has over 10 years of experience as a neurologist. He earned his bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery from Patna Medical College in India. He then went on to earn his MS in outcomes research and evaluation sciences from Saint Louis University. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Westlake Hospital, his neurology residency at the University of Florida, and a neurocritical care fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine. This expert is a member of several neurology associations, and is particularly involved in the Neurocritical Care Society, acting as chair and co-chair for several committees. His involvement in the Neurocritical Care Society has earned him the presidential citation award for three consecutive years. This expert was also a part of several critical care committees while working at Saint Louis University Hospital. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and has presented on a multitude of posters at conferences. He has also helped lead various neurology studies throughout his career. He formerly held the position of assistant professor of neurology, and subsequently associate professor, specializing in stroke and neurocritical care at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Currently, this expert is an attending neurocritical care neurologist at a hospital system in Texas.
