Expert Qualifications

This qualified expert of Nephrology, Dialysis and Apheresis obtained his BA from New York University and his MD with Honors from the University of Brussels Medical School. He completed his Internship in Surgery and his Residency in Medicine from the Booth Memorial Medical Center and his Fellowship in Nephrology from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine and is a member of multiple Nephrology, Apheresis and Blood Purification Societies. He has been President of the Annual meetings for the International Society of Blood Purification and the International Society for Apheresis. He is a reviewer for several journals related to the field of Nephrology, Medicine, Dialysis and Apheresis, a longtime author of an on-line medical information service and has 125+ publications. He has been an invited speaker and visiting professor in more than 20 countries on 5 continents. He is currently a Professor of Medicine for a Medical School in the Northeast, a Director of a Dialysis Program and the Chief of Blood Purification for a Teaching/Research Hospital, a Medical Director for a University Dialysis Center, and is a Medical Director for A Correctional Facility's Dialysis Unit.
