Expert Qualifications

This highly-qualified expert has over 10 years of experience as a pediatrician specializing in neonatology. He earned both his BS in exercise science and his MD from the University of Nebraska before completing a residency in pediatrics at the University of Florida and a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at the University of North Carolina. During his fellowship training at the University of North Carolina, he also earned a MS in health administration. This expert is board-certified in pediatrics with a sub-specialization in neonatal-perinatal medicine, and is active in his field as a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He formerly served as an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Nebraska and a clinical neonatologist at Children's Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha. Currently, this expert is based in Colorado where he serves as the medical director of the NICU at a medical center and a clinical neonatologist for a medical group.
