Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified mechanical engineer has been in his field for more than 35 years, with demonstrated experience in structures and materials, process control technology, and the power industry. He earned his MS in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University and his EMBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a fellow and member of both the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the International Society of Automation and a registered professional engineer in Iowa. He holds 11 patents related to control valve design and maintenance and has published a book and several technical articles on control design, installation, and maintenance. He worked with Fisher for over 15 years in various roles, as a product engineer, a nuclear liaison engineer, a senior project engineer, and finally as vice president of global nuclear business. This expert is currently a consultant at an independent mechanical engineering company.
