This well-qualified expert earned his MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest [Romania], his MBA in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Sciences [Romania], and his PhD in Engineering from North Dakota State University. He is active in his field as a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society for Engineering Education, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Society of Automotive Engineers and the American Management Association. This expert has been granted 10 patents as contribution to innovation in his field. Formerly, he was the Vice President of Engineering for PRISM Enterprises, Inc., an Adjunct Professor of Physics, Engineering and Architecture Department at San Antonio College, and a Senior Design Engineer & Project Manager for Kinetic Concepts, Inc. He is currently an Engineering Coordinator for a top college, the Co-Director for a Science & Mathematics Education Program in a top university, as well as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Engineering for a top university.
