This highly qualified, board certified, well published expert earned her Bachelor's from Miami University and her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. This was followed by a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda and the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington. This expert then completed two fellowships, one in Postodoctoral health services research and the other in maternal fetal medicine at Northwestern University. This expert is fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and has earned numerous awards throughout her career for her contributions as a physician. This expert is well published, having authored 12 peer-reviewed papers, 2 book chapters and 31 invited presentations and lectures. This expert's proficiency in research has allowed her to serve as a reviewer for 3 prestigious medical journals. This expert previously held numerous positions at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, serving as Site Director of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences Clerkship in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Co-Chair of the Maternal-Child Executive Committee and Division Director of Maternal Fetal Medicine.
