Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified expert has nearly 35 years of experience in marketing. He received his BBA and MBA from Florida Atlantic University, before earning his PhD at Temple University. Some of the areas he specializes in are: business valuation, consumer fraud, deceptive advertising, deceptive trade practices, economic impact, intellectual property trademark, and trademark infringement. He is highly involved in his field, having authored several publications on the topic of marketing. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards for his work. His former positions include associate dean of the school of business and public administration and chairman of the marketing department at Florida Atlantic University. Currently, this expert serves as an emeritus professor of marketing at a Florida university.
