Expert Qualifications

This qualified expert has decades of experience in legal and forensic nursing. She earned her BS in nursing from New York University and is a licensed registered nurse. She is an active member of professional organizations including the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, the International Association of Forensic Nurses, and the American College of Forensic Examiners International. Formerly, she served as a staff nurse in the medical/surgical ICU at The Genesee Hospital, and as a staff nurse in the neonatal ICU, labor and delivery department, as well as a special project nurse of infectious disease research, all at Strong Memorial Hospital. More recently, she served as a legal nurse consultant at Faraci, Lange, Johns & Schwarz and as owner and president at Egan Consultants of NYS. Currently, this expert is the owner and president, a legal nurse consultant, and forensic nurse at a legal and forensic nursing consultancy in New York.
