This highly-qualified expert earned his JD from the University of Michigan and has focused his career around trademark and intellectual property law. Formerly, this expert has a number of years of experience as a visiting assistant professor at the University of Cincinnati and the University of California, Hastings. He has additional experience as an assistant professor and associate professor at the Northern Kentucky University, before serving as a professor of intellectual property law at the University of San Francisco. Here, he was the director of the center for the empirical study of trademark law and the institute for IP and technology law. Currently, this expert is a professor of intellectual property law, business, marketing and advertising at a university in California, where he is also the director of the center for the empirical study of consumer perceptions. This expert additionally serves as a consultant on trademark and patent infringement matters with two private consulting groups.
