Expert Qualifications

This expert has 15 years of surety bond underwriting experience for both contract and commercial bonds. He earned his BS in business from the University of North Texas and is a licensed insurance agent and an associate in fidelity and surety bonds. He previously served as a member of the surety industry task force for the City of San Antonio and as a program provider for the bonding technical assistance program apart of the Texas Department of Transportation. He is currently a bonding technical assistance provider for a state department of transportation and the owner of a surety insurance agency in Texas.
