Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified expert is currently an Assistant Professor of Legal Studies in Business at a major FL university, where he has served on the faculty since 2011. He has taught the Legal and Ethical Environment of Business, Law for Accountancy,Uniform Commercial Code Business Law Problems, and Legal and Political Aspects of Insurance courses. Prior to service on the faculty , this expert practiced law in the states of Iowa and Nebraska in an insurance defense law firm in Omaha, Nebraska for approximately 2 1/2 years. He is the author or co-author of approximately 30 forthcoming or published academic publications. His law review articles in the insurance law area have been published in journals such as the Virginia Law and Business Review, Virginia Environmental Law Journal, Baylor Law Review, William and Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review, Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review, Saint Louis University Law Journal, University of Louisville Law Review, University of Baltimore Law Review, Creighton Law Review, Drake Law Review, North Dakota Law Review, University of Miami Business Law Review, and a co-authored article in the Journal of Insurance Regulation, which is a journal sponsored by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). This expert is currently a member of the state bars of Iowa and Nebraska. He received the Distinguished Scholar Award in 2013 from the Seabee Memorial Scholarship Association.
