This veteran insurance claims executive has over 40 years of experience in his field. His area of expertise ranges from coverage analysis, creation, and teaching, bad faith defense, technical and management training, claims management, cyber liability, etc. He is a registered adjuster under the professional adjusters association and is a member of the National Advisory Council of the National Association of Independent Adjusters and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. Formerly, he has worked as a division claims manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance Companies, a senior vice president of claims at Western Employers Insurance Company, a senior vice president of claims at Industrial Indemnity Company, an executive director at Golden Eagle Insurance Company, and as the director of claims compliance at Nonprofits Insurance Alliance Group. Currently, he works as an independent consultant for an insurance claims service company in South Carolina.
