Expert Qualifications

This expert in infusion nursing has more than a quarter century of experience in the field. She earned a Bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley and her BSN from San Jose State University in California; she began her decades long nursing career at the UC Davis Medical Center, before working for the Outpatient Infusion Service at a Sacramento area medical center, where she ultimately served as the Clinical Manager of Infusion Therapy. She is an active member of the Infusion Nursing Society and the Association for Vascular Access and continually instructs healthcare professionals on Central Line Associated Bloodstream Infections (CLABSI) and other complications.
