Expert Qualifications

This qualified expert is board-certified in internal medicine and infectious disease. He graduated summa cum laude from Birmingham-Southern College with his BS in biology before earning his MD from the University of Alabama. He subsequently completed both an internship and residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in infectious disease at the University of Colorado. This expert is active in his field as a member of the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene and the Infectious Diseases Society of America. He is also active in research, having authored several publications and presented at multiple conferences throughout his career. He has formerly served as an inpatient consultant for Rocky Mountain Infectious Disease Consultants and an associate partner of Colorado Infectious Disease Associates. Currently, this expert is the owner and president of an infectious disease clinic and the medical director of infection prevention at a medical center in Colorado.
