This human resources expert has 20 years of experience in the field and is certified in healthcare human resources and professional coaching. She received her BS in psychology from the University of Dayton before earning her MBA from Thomas More College. This expert is active in her field as a member of several organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration. She began her career with Mercy Health Partners as an organizational effectiveness assistant trainer, moving on to hold such positions as human resources manager at Forsythe Technology and the American Hospital Association and the director of human resources at CookTek. With the American Hospital Association, she also served as the executive director of the American Society for HealthCare Human Resources Administration, as well as the senior executive director of professional services and personal membership groups. She also worked with the American Osteopathic Association as the vice president of human resources and chief talent officer. Currently, this expert serves as the CEO of a human resources solutions consulting company in Colorado.
