This expert spent 37 years in federal human resources and resources management. His career includes many years with the US Department of Labor in Boston, the Defense Contract Audit Agency, and the Interstate Commerce Commission. One of his main focuses was in employee and labor relations. He has acted as advocate before arbitrators on a wide variety of grievances, including removal, and he served as management's senior representative before the Federal Labor Relations Authority on unfair labor practice allegations. Currently he is an adjunct instructor for a Graduate School in the Washington, DC area, teaching a wide variety of federal HR courses to include, FLSA, FMLA, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Pay Setting, Suitability Adjudication, and HR for New Supervisors and Managers.
