Expert Qualifications

As founder and president of a well-established human resources consultancy firm, this expert has more than 28 years of experience in human resources and general management. Among his professional credits in human resource management are the establishment of comprehensive HR departments where none previously existed; the design and installation of base and incentive compensation systems and benefits plans; the development of affirmative action plans; the development of employment policies and handbooks; the recruitment of hundreds of executive through production-level employees; and international recognition for the design and implementation of technical and management training. He has earned both Bachelors and Masters degrees and is active in World-at-Work and the Society for Human Resource Management; has served two terms as Chapter President, member of the Board of Directors, and has received a Member of the Year Award. In addition, he has served on the SHRM Pennsylvania State Council, and the SHRM Area Board of Directors. He has been awarded the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation in recognition of his knowledge and professional expertise in the field of human resources. In addition, this expert has designed and presented training for HR professionals and has appeared on national and local television networks as a recognized expert in human resource and employment regulatory issues.
