Expert Qualifications

This qualified expert has nearly 10 years of experience in pediatric critical care. He earned his BS at the University of California Davis and his MA from San Francisco State University. He then received his DO from Western University of Health Sciences. He completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at LAC+USC Medical Center in Los Angeles. He completed a fellowship in pediatric nephrology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and another fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at AI DuPont Hospital for Children. He also earned his MPH from Johns Hopkins University. This expert is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics, specializing in critical care. He has authored numerous scientific articles and given several presentations concerning pediatric critical care. He has received multiple awards for his research. This expert has held several positions involving pediatric critical care. He has served as a pediatric intensive care hospitalist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and a clinical instructor in pediatric critical care at the Children's Hospital at Oklahoma University Medical Center. Most recently, he served as an associate professor of pediatrics and the director of pediatric sedation service at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital in Connecticut.
