This highly regarded expert received his MBBS from Grant Medical College in India. He went on to train as a resident in pathology at Rush University, as a fellow in hematology at Cook Country Hospital, and hematopathology at City of Hope National Medical Center. He is board certified in anatomic pathology by the American Board of Pathology. He is a member of 9 national and local medical associations and also holds positions as an editor at 2 pathology medical journals. He has 151 published articles, has written 24 book chapters, and 13 abstracts in the field of pathology and has been invited to speak in California, the United States, and at international conferences. He has received almost 2 million dollars in research grants for research regarding lymph node diseases. He has held many positions as a researcher, professor, and physician. He is currently a clinical professor of pathology and the director of pathology consultation services at a national medical center.
