Expert Qualifications

This qualified expert has 20 years of healthcare management including health services, managed care, and insurance operations. He holds both a B.A. in Psychology and a M.S. in Health Services Administration from the State University of New York in Stony Brook. Elected as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, he previously worked in executive management positions for Preferred Health Network and Employers Health Network, implementing and overseeing HMO development. He also worked as COO of the Arkansas Foundation fro Medical Care, a quality improvement organization. He currently works as Principal of a healthcare management consulting firm.
