General Surgery Expert Witness

Expert Qualifications

This qualified expert has extensive experience in the field of general surgery. He received his AA in biology from the University of Chicago, graduating with honors, before going on to earn his MD from Georgetown University. He subsequently completed an internship and residency in general surgery at Weill Cornell Medical Center. This expert is board certified in general surgery and holds a certification in battlefield acupuncture. He is active in his field as a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Excelsior Surgical Society, and the American Medical Association. He is also involved in research, having authored several research publications. Currently, this expert serves as a general surgeon for a hospital in Maryland and a hospital in Virginia, as well as an assistant professor of surgery at a military medical school in Maryland.
