Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified and awarded expert is double board certified in general psychiatry and forensic psychiatry. Currently this expert is a clinical assistant professor and the chief of forensic psychiatry at a major medical school. He earned his MD at the University of Florida, completed his residency training in psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at University of California Davis. Along with his clinical responsibilities, this expert is actively involved in publications and presentations. As a forensic psychiatrist, he evaluates individuals involved in both civil and criminal court proceedings. This expert has expertise in multiple areas of psychiatry, including schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, major depressive disorder and other mood disorders, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and other stressor-related disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance use disorders, neurocognitive disorders, intellectual disability, and personality disorders.
