Expert Qualifications

This qualified expert has nearly 15 years of experience in the field of gastroenterology. He earned his BA in medical studies and psychology at Brandeis University before earning his MPH and MD at George Washington University. This expert went on to complete a residency at Boston University Medical School before completing two prestigious fellowships in gastroenterology, hematology, and nutrition at Loyola University Medical Center and inflammatory bowel disease at the University of Chicago. He is currently board-certified in gastroenterology. In addition, this expert has published 4 peer-reviewed articles and has been asked to speak on over 15 occasions. Formerly, this expert held positions including clinical assistant professor in gastroenterology at the University of Chicago and was a teaching attending of gastroenterology at both Weiss Memorial Residency Program and Saint Joseph Hospital Residency Program. Currently, this expert is a sole practitioner and founder of a gastroenterology private practice, chief medical officer of a patient referral management company, and the medical director of the Digestive Health Institute at a medical center in Illinois.
