This expert teaches full-time as a Professor at an elite University in California. As a Diplomate in Forensic Psychology of the American Board of Professional Psychology, he has testified in both criminal and civil matters for well over two decades. He conducts criminal responsibility evaluations, assessments of dangerousness and investigates the risk for future violence. He works with firms that safeguard the safety of high profile clients. In civil matters, Dr. Lipson addresses emotional damage claims, response style, malingering and recovery. He was also a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) committee that collaborated in the drafting of the Risk Assessment Guideline Elements for Violence (RAGE-V).
