Forensic Entomology Expert Witness

Expert Qualifications

This highly-qualified expert has extensive experience as a forensic entomologist. She received her BS in plant protection sciences from CalPoly before earning her MS in organismal biology from San Jose State University and her PhD in entomology from Texas A&M University. This expert is board-certified in forensic entomology and is active in her field as a member of several organizations, including the Wildlife Forensics Consensus Body and the North American Forensic Entomology Association. She is also highly involved in research, having participated as a researcher in several entomology laboratories and presented at multiple conferences throughout her career. She has formerly served as a research associate in investigative and entomological sciences and an assistant lecturer in entomology and forensic investigative sciences at Texas A&M University, as well as a lecturer in natural sciences at Blinn College and an adjunct professor for the University of Florida. Currently, this expert serves as an instructional assistant professor for a major university in Texas and a forensic entomologist for a prominent Florida university.
