Expert Qualifications

This expert has over 40 years of experience in the construction and insurance industry. He is a licensed insurance adjuster and general adjuster and is certified in fraud in the property casualty insurance industry. He is a member of the Sacramento Claims Association and the Forensic Expert Witness Association. He previously served as a forensic construction consultant at the Forensic Group, as a wastewater consultant at Shanghai China, Municipal, and as a consultant at Indoor Environmental Institute. This expert is currently a general adjuster and forensic construction consultant in California.
