Expert Qualifications

This valuation expert currently runs a New York firm of appraisers that provide forensic valuations of residential belongings, office contents, and fine art. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser designated by the American Society of Appraisers and has been appraising since 1984. The expert sits on the International Board of Governors of the ASA and is also a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He has taught appraisal research methods in various settings, including at New York University, and he is a frequent speaker at lectures and panels. The expert earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a Certificate in Appraisal Studies from New York University.
