Expert Qualifications

This expert works as the vice president of engineering for a large fitness corporation. He has worked in the industry for over over thirty years, is familiar with industry trends, and is familiar with the history of numerous fitness products. He holds multiple patents for highly used fitness equipment and has published multiple articles on product safety/warning labels. He is chairman of the committee responsible for fitness industry standards and has authored or contributed to all standards published to date. He has worked on product liability cases for 34 years assisting both defense and plaintiffs attorneys.
