Expert Qualifications

This highly-qualified expert has extensive experience in financial services, specializing in structured credit products, collateral and fund administration, complex derivatives, trustee and custodian roles and responsibilities, and securitization including CLO's, CDO's, and RMBSs. He received his BS in naval sciences at the Military Naval School in Lisbon before earning his bachelor's degree in management and business administration at the Universidade Lusíada. He subsequently completed a financial risk management certificate at New York University and earned his MS in finance and investments at City University London. This expert has formerly served as a junior consultant for PVA International, CDO risk analyst and CDO head of risk and compliance for Wilmington Trust Conduit Services, as well as the vice president of Wilmington Trust Conduit Services. Currently, this expert is an independent consultant for three financial consultancies.
