This highly qualified expert has years of experience in the fields of construction management and complete estimates. He is a certified professional estimator with five decades of hands-on experience in all areas of construction. He is an active member of the Construction Specifications Institute and the American Society of Professional Estimators, which he presided over for seven two-year terms. Included in his experience is his current activity as a construction inspector for a major government agency and as a cost consultant for another major government agency. He has been called on by the federal government to serve in the investigation of several construction fraud and construction safety cases. He has been involved in construction projects such as the Johnson & Johnson building at New Brunswick, the IBM building at Franklin Lakes and the Keystone building at Boston.
