Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified expert earned his BS in chemical engineering from the University of Texas followed by a JD from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He also earned his LLM with diplomas in energy, environmental, and natural resources law, intellectual property and information law, and taxation. He is an expert in environmental and energy law, engineering, and safety. This expert formerly served as a regional engineer, division director, and regional director of the Texas Control Board which is now known as the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Currently, this expert serves as an engineering manager for an air and waste engineering company in Texas, as well as an environmental and intellectual property attorney.
