Expert Qualifications

This qualified expert is board-certified in surgery and specializes in endocrine surgery. His clinical specialties include malignancies of the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal gland. He received his BBA in finance and organizational management from Emory University before earning his MS in pharmacology from Tulane University. He then earned his MD from Morehouse School of Medicine. He subsequently completed an internship and residency in general surgery at Emory University and an endocrine surgery fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh. This expert is certified in head and neck ultrasound for surgeons. He is active in his field as a member of multiple organizations, including the Society of Surgical Oncology and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. He is also active in research, having authored peer-reviewed articles. He has formerly served as a clinical instructor of endocrine surgery at the University of Pittsburgh and currently serves as an assistant professor of surgery at a distinguished medical school in Georgia.
