Expert Qualifications

This board certified emergency medicine physician has nearly a decade of experience in his field. He earned his BA in physics and religion and his MS in material science and engineering at the University of Florida. He went on to earn his MD at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine before completing an internship in general surgery at Washington Hospital Center and a residency in emergency medicine at Staten Island University Hospital. He is very active in his field as a member of several professional societies including the Southern Medical Association, the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States, and the American College of Emergency Physicians. In addition, this expert has published 2 abstracts, 13 peer-reviewed articles, and 1 book. Formerly, this expert served as an active duty member of the United States Air Force and was an emergency physician at the Eglin Air Force Base Hospital. Currently, this expert is an emergency physician as a hospital and is a clinical assistant professor of clinical sciences at a medical school in Florida.
